1. Have a start up business idea
2. Have a letter of support from designated organization
3. Meet the minimum level of Canadian benchmark (CLB) 5 in English /French
4. Have enough funds brought to Canada for your living expenses.
5. Would create a business that meets the following conditions:
a. Each applicant holds 10% or more of the voting rights
b. Applicants and the designated organization jointly hold more than 50% of the total voting rights
c. Incorporate the business in Canada

This category is designed for people who are self employed in their country and want to immigrate to Canada and start their business in Canada.
All self employed are not eligible for this program . Applicants in this category must have relevant experience at least two years within the five years before the application is submitted.
They must be
● Self-employment in cultural activities or athletics; or
● Participation, at the world-class level, in cultural activities or athletics; or
● Farm management experience.
